I have a 2004 Titan 4x4 and since i bought it; it has dropped in gas mileage from 18 to 12 mpg. Mostly highway. Gas additives never worked for me, and any thing the quickLube was pushing that week, never worked either. I know a CAI and Catback would help - but at what cost? Would there really be any gas savings after dropping $1000 on those two items? But, I finally found something - that really worked! Finally! It is a gas additive called BG44K; I guess it is what the automotive service stations use (and it was a pain to find at an affordable cost - $15.00) I've been sitting at 12mpg for the last 6 months - dreading that i was gonna have to take it in for a "real" Nissan tuneup. I tried it, and my first tank with the additive went up to 17.31 mpg. OMG! Back to where i started 5 years ago. Just one can sold me - I plan on using it once every six months from now on.
